[Gems-users] Question about the caches

Hi,

I'd like to know how could I change one specific parameter, let's say
size for example, of a singular L2 cache bank or even L1 cache.
Is there some file where I can see Ruby associating those parameters for each cache or bank?

If I change the size of a single cache in a CMP, how could I be sure
that the coherency protocol is working? Can I see these things (cache
size) inside the state machines? Can I differentiate the sizes there?
