Its probably fine for a rough model of a single CMP.  The auto-generated
TORUS_2D network will not create a hierarchy (for a Multiple-CMP) and will
not do anything special for the directory/memory controllers.  They are on
the torus just like processors, and I have no idea where they will be
placed (see the code).
