[Gems-users] Cycle on SIMICS

What should the SIM_clock be set on SIMICS to ensure
fidelity in experiments run with Ruby. Also in some of
the multifacet papers it states that the processor
emulated is 4GHz. Why is this relevant ? Since all
results are measured in clock-cycles ? or does the
4Ghz actually indicate SIMICS_clock
