[Gems-users] SLICC Transient states

When developing a optimized protocols on existing
MESI, is there any way to determine the transient
states required. From base MESI (which assumes an
atomic bus) is there any specific steps to determine
transient states and verify correctness, before using
SLICC and tester.exec. Also How do I include new
bus-msgs, and bus lines (like 'S') ?
