Subject: | [DynInst_API:] Segmentation fault error with dyninst 10.1 |
Hi,
I am a student. I am trying to compile the example codes given in dyninstAPI.pdf (for dyninst version 10.1), on Appendix section. First example (instrumenting a function, example 1.1, page 67), I get segmentation fault error when I compile the example. I am trying to instrument a very simple hello.cc file that has a simple function named "hello" which just prints "hello world". Could you please point any direction to get rid of this error? I am using dyninst 10.1 with boost 1.67. Any kind of help isÂappreciated. Best regards, Abdullah Al-Mamun PhD Fellow, Computer Science & Engg, University of Nevada, Reno Joint MSc.
