Hi all. Registration is now open for the 2018 Scalable Tools Workshop.

It will be JULY 8-12, 2018 at the Solitude Mountain Resort just outside of
Salt Lake City. This is a beautiful location and facility. SLC airport is
well connected, and only 40 minutes from the terminal to Solitude.

Below is important registration information. PLEASE PLEASE read it carefully
as the registration process is unfortunately quite different and more
complicated from last year.

You can also reserve space for guests who are not attending the workshop. Every
person staying at Solitude MUST be registered.

UNTIL MAY 8 (5pm CDT): Standard registration:
   ONE simple step:
Go to the Registration link of the workshop site, where you will register
with one payment for lodging, meals and the workshop fee.
       https://dyninst.github.io/scalable_tools_workshop/petascale2018/index.html

WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU MEET THIS DEADLINE AS ROOM AVAILABILITY IS
       GUARANTEED ONLY THROUGH THIS DATE.

FROM MAY 9 UNTIL JUNE 7 (5pm CDT): Late Registration:
   TWO steps:
   1. Go to the Registration link of the workshop site, where you will register
for meals and the workshop fee.
       https://dyninst.github.io/scalable_tools_workshop/petascale2018/index.html

   2. Contact Solitude Mountain Resort, tel +1-801-536-5765, to make your
lodging reservation. You will need to mention that you are attending the
       "Scalable Tools Workshop".

AFTER JUNE 7: On a case by case basis:
Contact Shuwei at szeng8@xxxxxxxx to see if we can accommodate you. If we can do
so, then we will give you registration and lodging reservation instructions.

The workshop schedule will be the same as previous years, with a Sunday arrival and
an after-lunch departure on Thursday.

If you have any colleagues that should be added to our mailing list, please let us
know.

best,
