This commit updates the DyninstAPI manual (doc and pdf) to include documentation for stack modifications. This includes a new member function for BPatch_function, bool addMods(std::set<StackMod*>), and a new class, StackMod, with child classes Insert, Remove, Move, Canary, and Randomize.
