[DynInst_API:] upstream-tracker for dyninst ABI changes

I recently discovered upstream-tracker.org for viewing ABI changes, and
I asked them to add a few projects, so dyninst is now here:

They use the same abi-compliance-checker that I did in my December ABI
email, but they have the process automated for all the projects they
watch, including a nightly check on git master.

The results are probably not surprising, since you all know full well
that major releases of Dyninst don't maintain ABI.  This report might
still be useful to see just what has changed though.


PS - they have a couple 7.99* versions, which is what I called my
pre-8.0 Fedora builds, so they must have grabbed my snapshots too.  I
guess just consider those interim steps in the 8.0 release path.
