[HTC] Important: Staging directory transition May 15 - June 15

Hello CHTC users,

Starting May 15, we are transitioning to a new directory structure for personal staging directories. This affects all users on the HTC system.

Personal staging directories will now be located in alphabetized subdirectories based on the first letter of your NetID. For example: 

• Before the transition: /staging/netid
• After the transition: /staging/n/netid

After June 15, you will only be able to use the new path to reference your personal /staging directory. Group directories are not affected.

What you should do

If you have an existing /staging directory, between May 15 and June 15, please review and modify all your files that reference your /staging directory.
