Hello CHTC users,

We have two training events coming up next week: 

ResearchDrive and CHTC

Do you have data in ResearchDrive? Do you want to use that data in CHTC?

In this training, we'll cover how CHTC is integrated with ResearchDrive and discuss common data movement patterns for computing on that data.

Bioinformatics Cafe - Genome Assembly using Nanopore Data

This session focuses on practical strategies for assembling genomes from long-read Nanopore data using shared computing resources. We’ll discuss how to run long-read assemblers efficiently, manage large input datasets, and take advantage of CHTC’s high-memory and high-throughput capabilities to move beyond laptop- or lab-server–scale assemblies. Stick around afterward for co-working and consultation time with the community and CHTC facilitators.
