This is a reminder, as usual, that responses to support emails may be somewhat delayed this week, while our Research Computing Facilitators are busy with duties during HTCondor Week.Â
Additionally, office hours are canceled for tomorrow (May 21) and Wednesday (May 22). Office hours will resume on Thursday, May 24. (As another timely note, we will be out of the office on Monday, May 27 for the Memorial Day holiday).
As a final reminder, you are enthusiastically invited to come to HTCondor Week content today (showcase and ice cream!), tomorrow morning, and Wednesday morning. See prior notices, below. (Paid registration is required to partake in any other conference meals.)

We'll also have ice cream at the Campus Research showcase and social mixer on Monday afternoon. All events take place in the Discovery building on campus. Come and hang out with HTCondor users around the globe from academia, government, and industry contexts.

We would like to invite you to HTCondor Week 2019, HTCondor's annual user conference! This year, HTCondor Week will be held May 20-23 at the Discovery Building on the UW Madison campus. We have planned special programming specifically for CHTC users Monday May 20:
- tutorials on HTC, HTCondor, DAGMan, and other tools for running HTC workloads
- a "campus research" showcase in the afternoon, featuring talks from your fellow CHTC users about how their research has benefited from HTC and HTCondor
- time for mingling with others on campus who may use similar computational tools to you
UW-Madison affiliates can attend these tutorials, campus research talks, and social on Monday, May 20 for FREE (without registering). Registration IS required to partake in conference meals. Full details are on the HTCondorÂWeekÂ2019 site.
