[Chtc-users] glidein now needs +WantRHEL6=true

WARNING:
for now to use glidein you now need these two lines in your submit file:
+WantGlidein = true
+WantRHEL6 = true

We are working to remove the WantRHEL6 requirement but for now if you 
don't have both you won't match glidein and your jobs will not be sent to 
the OSG.
