Greetings CHTC Users!

CHTC's partner, the Advanced Computing Infrastructure (ACI), is working with Software Carpentry to bring you semesterly boot camps that teach best practices to researchers for programming, automation, and version control approaches.

Please see ACI's advertisement for the next boot campwhich will take place January 13-14 (Mon-Tue, the week before classes start).

Attendees should:
-plan to attend both days of instruction
-have basic familiarity with the command line and programming concepts
-be UW-Madison affiliated grad students, post-docs, faculty, or other researchers

While registration is limited, ACI typically invites up to 10 individuals off of the wait-list, so don't miss out! CHTC's Research Computing Facilitator, Lauren Michael, and ACI Faculty Director, Paul Wilson, will be participating as instructors along with several graduate students and research staff from various departments. Registration is open until Friday, January 19.
