[Chtc-users] HTCondor 7.9.2 upgrade of CHTC pool tomorrow (11/28)

The CHTC Infrastructure team is planning on testing the newest
HTCondor 7.9.2 on a small number of platforms today; If all goes
well, we will proceed with pushing 7.9.2 to the entire CHTC pool
tomorrow, November 28th 2012.  This will have the side effect of
restarting any running jobs.  If this is a problem for urgent
work-flows, please let us know.  Thank you for your patience with
regards to the 7.9.2 turbulence over the last two weeks.
