[Chtc-users] How to reach CHTC staff

Most of you work with one or two members of
the CHTC staff and like everywhere else we have
times when we are away for various reasons.

We have established a ticket tracking system
for either new requests to CHTC or for help
to existing projects when the person you normally
communicate does not seem to be responding.
