Also, Monday's lunch slot is slight longer than usual -- you'd be leaving from CS around 11:30, and then his next meeting is with the dean at 1, so it would be possible to go to state street and go straight to South Hall for the dean's meeting without coming back to CS first.

Unfortunately, there is no other student meeting other than lunch, because his schedule is already full. If you and others would like to have more time to talk to him, I can schedule a meeting for the students at 3:30 pm on Tuesday -- the main schedule ends at 3:30 pm.
I would like to join. I can make either day. I do prefer being able to
have lunch with candidates after they've given their talk (so Tuesday
for Ilias). It helps give us things to talk about. Also if the student
meeting happens to be scheduled immediately following lunch, then we
can go somewhere that isn't Steenbock's and not be rushed.
I would rather not handle the reimbursement if it can be helped. (I'm
still waiting on reimbursement from my trip to ITCS, so money's a little
tighter than I like.) I can do it if need be though.
