Hi Loris,

Maria Schett and I are co-chairing CAV 2021's Artifact Evaluation Committee (http://i-cav.org/2021/call-for-papers/) and we're starting to recruit committee members (artifact evaluation will happen in May 2021). Would any of your students be interested in joining? Weâre gathering self-nominations at https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLScRqx61pt78RrJhPbEH2UwpGkaPAD4G8wNvj9ZVIO0qMf19vA/viewform (the deadline for self-nomination is December 7). I expect that each AEC member will review two to four artifacts, and that reviewing each artifact will take a few hours.

In unrelated news, I'm applying for faculty positions this year! I'm looking at universities and there are multiple people whose work I admire at Wisconsin-Madison. Would you have time for a chat? I'm trying to get a sense of the hiring situation, and I'd love to hear your thoughts :)
