Assume that one submits a paper to USENIX. Does it make any difference (in terms of the chances to get it accepted) whether or not the code that implements the functionality in the paper is
actually made public? Yes, it would be nice to make such code or library public, but does it actually affect the paper acceptance chances? Daniel |
