Summary:
The position's major function will mostly involve taking part in the 
maintenance and development of our database driven B2B Web site 
(primarily written  in Lansa for Web) and secondary support for our 
sales and distribution systems (primarily RPG), including reporting, 
programming and technical support.

Duties include:  Identifying and defining user need based on request, 
designing database structure and program flow, coding program logic, 
testing and production support.

Requirements:
     Must have fully Developed skills in:
	- Java
	- HTML
	- JavaScript
	- E-commerce, Web Programming, CGI concepts
	- Database Web Programming

Secondary skills:
- Strong background with IBM ISeries (AS400) very helpful\
- XML
- Lansa for Web
- RPG / CL
- Visual Basic (6 and/or .net)

Experienced LANSA Programmer.  To be considered you must answer the 
following questions successfully:
1.  DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM OF ONE OR TWO YEARS OF LANSA PROGRAMMING 
EXPERIENCE?  ELABORATE ON THIS EXPERIENCE.
2. Are you experienced and equipped to maintain ongoing development and 
support of a Dealer Extranet web site.
3. Are you experienced with new Web development using LANSA and HTML 
programming?
4. Do you have the ability to provide maintenance and support of an 
existing site?
5. Can you support other IS functions on a daily basis? Elaborate on 
your experience.

The absolute Minimum Requirement to be considered is 1 to 2 years 
development with LANSA programming language, any platform.

You MUST have one of the two following as well:

(2) HTML and JAVA Script experience
  OR
(3) Be Web Proficient and have RPG AS400 experience.

In addition, we PREFER experience with:
(1) Web experience on an AS/400
(2) Visual Basic Programming
(3) RPG
(4) FoxPro experience
