When we release HTCondor 25 near the end of September 2025, HTCondor 23
will no longer be supported. HTCondor 23 packages and tarballs will remain
in our repositories. This is only for your convenience; starting in
October, defects in HTCondor 23 will only be remedied in later releases
(if applicable). So, if you find a defect in HTCondor 23, we will request
that you upgrade to a supported version of HTCondor.
If you are running HTCondor 23, upgrade to HTCondor 24 at your earliest
convenience. The condor_upgrade_check[1] script included with HTCondor 23
will alert you to potentially breaking changes in your current HTCondor
