The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the release of HTCondor 23.0.17.
A Long Term Support (LTS) release contains significant bug fixes.

Highlights of this release are:
- Bug fix for PID namespaces and condor_ssh_to_job on EL9
- Augment condor_upgrade_check to find unit suffixes in ClassAd expressions
