We plan to release to HTCondor-CE 23.9 on August 8th.
When upgrading to 23.9, an important issue needs to be considered,
which may require manual configuration changes.
- The job router will only accept the new job route syntax by default
- The advantages are:
 - Routes are evaluated in the specified order
 - Can use variables that are not included in the resultant job ad
 - Can use simple case-like logic
 - Can apply job transforms before and/or after job routing
- Scripts to assist conversion are available
- The old syntax will be removed in HTCondor-CE 24
- condor_ce_upgrade_check script let one know if this is an issue
- We have been promoting the new job route syntax for the last three years
- Deprecation warnings went in a year ago
