[HTCondor-world] HTCondor 9.0.9 LTS Released

The HTCondor Team is pleased to announce the HTCondor 9.0.9 LTS release.

A Long Term Support (LTS) release contains significant bug fixes.

Highlights of this release are:

- Added Debian 11 (bullseye) as a supported platform

- Since CentOS 8 has reached end of life, we build and test on Rocky Linux 8

- The OAUTH credmon is now packaged for Enterprise Linux 8
