[Condor-world] Condor 7.5.4 released!

The Condor Team is pleased to announce the release of Condor 7.5.4.

This is a development release of Condor. New features include
concurrency limits for parallel jobs, transfer of directories,
condor_shared_port on Windows, and improved Amazon EC2 support.
It also includes a security fix for users submitting Amazon EC2 jobs
(universe=grid and grid_resource=amazon) with the amazon_keypair_file.
Condor 7.5.4 binaries and source code are available from our Downloads
page.
