[Condor-world] Announcing Condor Version 6.8.1

The Condor Team is pleased to announce the release and immediate 
availability of Condor 6.8.1 for download from:
http://www.cs.wisc.edu/condor/downloads/

This release fixes a number a important bugs which includes some 
potential security vulnerabilities. Details of the vulnerabilities will 
be released in four weeks. However, all users are encouraged to upgrade
