notification = Always|Completion|Error|Never

would be useful to have a 'Cluster' option, either through additional options or via an independant

notification_cluster = Completion|Never (default to maintain consistency)

which sends an email when the whole cluster completes - even if it didn't contain lots of stats it would be much more useful to the end users I have (who can only do stuff whe the last job in a cluster is finished)
