[condor-users] Job doesn't run

Hi All,
    I still can't seem to get a job to run.  Attached is a log that shows I
submitted a job via condor_submit with this input file
executable=/bin/sleep
arguments=20
Queue

It seems to have queued correctly.  The bin exuctable was copied to the
executable directory and it shows up in the job_queue log, but doesn't seem
to run.  condor_q output below, condor_q -analyze says "Error: Could not
connect to negotiator (dna.llnl.gov)"
