It looks like you're confusing "permission denied" as in file access as
opposed to permission denied by Condor. Basically, the permission denied is
from the Condor Collector not accepting the update commands from the client
boxes. You probably need to start by looking at the HOSTALLOW_WRITE
expressions in your condor_config; see 3.7.5.3 "Setting Up IP/Host-Based
Security in Condor" of the Condor manual for more details.
