[condor-users] IP address in configuration

In the FLOCK_TO and FLOCK_FROM configuration, the manual says that we 
have to specify domain names. If DNS is not being used at a site, can IP 
addresses be used instead. If yes, what is the syntax? Can I write 
something like 172.27.*
