[condor-users] Stop Job from matching to the same node

Hi all,

I have an  OnExitRemove expression  that is requeueing a job when there 
is a problem but the pool manager keeps on matching to the same machine 
that just failed. Is there a way to ask the negotiator not to send the 
job back to the same machine. There are many other machine that satisfy 
the requirement better but for some reason it has affinity to the last 
one it tried.
