[condor-users] condor_off on OS X

Since the OS X port of condor is clipped, is there any benefit of using  
condor_off instead of `kill -QUIT` to turn off all condor processes?

Also, when I've tried to use condor_off on OS X, it doesn't kill  
anything.  Is there a known bug?
