to clarify, something to look for in the CollectorLog are messages
about "PERMISSION DENIED". one possibility is that the new node has a
different IP address or hostname than it used to, and your
HOSTALLOW_READ and HOSTALLOW_WRITE condor_config settings are no
longer entirely valid.
on the new node, you should also make sure that the condor
configuration is getting properly read. try running
"condor_config_val COLLECTOR_HOST", and make sure it's getting the
right hostname.
