I tried CREDD_POLLING_TIMEOUT = 300 but made no difference.

Which is indeed 20sec after "previous messages" ending with
02/18/26 12:50:26 (pid:387622) Will return to DC to continue authentication..

I have same scitokens-cpp as Antonio:
