Looks like there were code improvements for utilizing IPv6 on Windows that was introduced in v24.2.1 of HTCondor (see
HTCONDOR-2601). The good news is that particular log message does not appear to be an error message. The bad news is that message always prints whenever that code path is triggered. This message seems like spam and should either be removed or set to a higher
debugging level (i.e. D_FULLDEBUG) in my opinion. I will check with the developer that made this change just to make sure there wasn't some very specific reason that this message has to exist or be printed always.

This message is available in most of the logs as NegotiatorLog, SchedLog, CollectorLog, CredLog, …
This message is given since I updated from 23.1 to 25.6 version.
Any idea, how can I prevent such failure? I tried to update network adapters and/or disabled most of them, but did not help.
