Hi Simona,

can you try, if you see all jobs when adding the -all or -allusers flag?
Normally, a non-root user has a selection for its own jobs (to avoid 
cluttering everything, I guess).

Probably the python bindings might also be an option for you, which 
combined with a Zabbix python module might integrate quite well.
