This usually means that you don’t have the right version of the c-runtime libraries installed. You have to get those from Microsoft.

Hi all,
I'm trying to install Condor-24.0.7 on a Windows 10 machine, but keep getting a "There's a problem with the installer", and the installer rolls back. I tried several things with stopping/restarting the Windows installer server, then unregistered, reregistered, and finally ran this command line to get this portion of the log file:
msiexec \i condor-24.0.7-Windows-x64.msi /l*v log.log
Not sure what else to do. I had the same installer issue with condor-24.3.0-Windows-x64.msi
