Dear experts,

with ref. to -MaxIdle option in 
https://htcondor.readthedocs.io/en/latest/man-pages/condor_submit_dag.html

does the "maximum number of idle jobs allowed" refer to jobs from this 
DAG or overall jobs in the AP from all possible submitters ?

I read the following MaxJobs as referring to nodes of this particular 
DAG instead,
please correct me if I am wrong.
