[HTCondor-users] HTCondor 23.0.21, 23.10.21, 24.0.5, and 24.5.1 Released

The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the releases of
HTCondor 23.0.21, 23.10.21, 24.0.5, and 24.5.1

Changes in 23.0.21 include:
- Fix memory leak caused by periodic evaluation of bad ClassAd expressions
- Fixes for bugs affecting grid jobs

Changes in 23.10.21 include:
- All changes in 23.0.21
- Fix bug where chirp would not work in container jobs using Docker
- HTCondor tarballs now contain Pelican 7.13.0

Changes in 24.0.5 include:
- All changes in 23.10.21

Changes in 24.5.1 include:
- All changes in 24.0.5
- Can now configure APs to acquire credentials for jobs in multiple ways
- HTCondor marks slots as broken when the slot resources cannot be released
- HTCondor now reliably cleans up LVM volumes used by jobs
- HTCondor now advertises NVIDIA driver version
- To detect stuck jobs, last write time to stdout/stderr are in the job ad
