[HTCondor-users] HTCondor 23.0.26, 23.10.26, 24.0.9, and 24.9.2 Released

The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the releases of
HTCondor 23.0.26, 23.10.26, 24.0.9, and 24.9.2

Changes in 23.0.26 include:
- Fix ingestion of ads into Elasticsearch under very rare circumstances
- DAGMan better handles being unable to write to a full filesystem
- 'kill_sig' submit commands are now ignored on the Windows platform

Changes in 23.10.26 include:
- All changes in 23.0.26
- Fix memory leak in the condor_schedd when using late materialization
- Fix condor_master start up when file descriptor ulimit was huge

Changes in 24.0.9 include:
- All changes in 23.10.26
- Initial Support for Enterprise Linux 10, including the x86_64_v2 platform
- In htcondor2, empty configuration keys are now treated as non-existent

Changes in 24.9.1 include:
- All changes in 24.0.9
- New job attribute to report number of input files transferred by protocol
- Optional condor_schedd history log file
- condor_watch_q can now track DAGMan jobs when using the -clusters option
- Fix bug that caused claim failure when previous output transfer failed
- Fix bug where access tokens were not generated from Vault tokens
