I stumbled over https://htcondor.org/instructions/ubuntu/20/stable/ when googling it earlier, confirming that htcondor was what I wanted.

But I just ignored the "deprecation" notice on the top, obviously...

Thanks for the correction, will clean our installation procedure up.
