That's a bold claim, but rather easy to verify - 

If you add a "request_foo = 666" line to the submit file (and possibly set
Hold = True), does the Job ClassAd really contain a RequestFoo item?

I'm in doubt... But if you can confirm this, you found an EasterEgg which
not even the developers know exists :)
