[HTCondor-users] When to expect Debian trixie packages for 24.x lts?

Hi all, well especially Tim, I guess.

Despite our usual lazyness^Wfocus on stable releases and packages, we 
are considering changing our cluster over to trixie around its release 
date on 2025-08-09[1].

Obviously, we want to also go straight to the latest and greatest 
HTCondor release as well - from v8.8 nonetheless - but as there are no 
24.x lts packages just yet, I am currently contemplating to use 
23.9.6+dfsg-2.1 from Debian's archive as a stop-gap.

Do you already have some timeline for these packages or does the release 
date collide with the vacation period too much and I should not hold out?
