[HTCondor-users] HTCondor 23.0.20, 23.10.20, 24.0.4, and 24.4.0 Released

The HTCondor team is pleased to announce the releases of
HTCondor 23.0.20, 23.10.20, 24.0.4, and 24.4.0

Changes in 23.0.20 include:
- condor_upgrade_check tests for PASSWORD authentication identity change

Changes in 23.10.20 include:
- All changes in 23.0.20
- Fix bug where STARTD_ENFORCE_DISK_LIMITS would excessively save metadata
- Fix bug where container_service_names did not work
- Fix rare startd crash when collector queries time out and DNS is slow

Changes in 24.0.4 include:
- All changes in 23.10.20
- New arc_data_staging submit command to add DataStaging block to ARC ADL
- Fix bug where the negotiator could crash when matching offline ads
- Fix memory leak in SCHEDD_CRON script that produce standard output
- Fix bug where the schedd could crash if cron script runs during shutdown

Changes in 24.4.0 include:
- All changes in 24.0.4
- Improved validation and cleanup of EXECUTE directories
- For batch grid universe, the PATH comes from the job ad and worker node
- Improved 'condor_q -better-analyze' for pools with partitionable slots
- The EP advertizes if Singularity is using user namespaces
- The EP advertizes average and total bytes transferred to and from jobs
- The condor_credmon now utilizes the shared port daemon
