OK, I see. This can be quite inconvenient in some cases, but luckily is
something that only happens occasionally.
Were you able to check also if you can reproduce what I was mentioning
about MAX_CONCURRENT_DOWNLOADS, that despite setting it to
"MAX_CONCURRENT_DOWNLOADS = 3" all the jobs start transferring at the
same time, and not only three as expected?
