	This makes it look to me like you're submitting as root (which 
we've never supported but should give you a specific error message), or as 
some user who can (does) authenticate as condor (perhaps as the condor
user), which I don't remember if we support, but I _think_ is unusual. 
What happens if you submit as another user?
