condor 23.*  depends on the Microsoft visual c++ runtime 2022 or later, if your machine does not already have the c++ runtime installed, you can get it from Microsoft.

I'm attempting to install HTCondor on windows server but get the following error

Is there any known missing dependencies on windows server as opposed to just windows? Or is there any known general issues?
