[HTCondor-users] htcondor-ce version in 23.x?

Dear HTCondor devs,

I have a question about the currently suggested htcondor-ce version in 23.x.

The release repository only has updates up to 23.0.8:

https://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/repo/23.x/el9/x86_64/release/

The update repository goes a lot further, but is disabled by default:

https://research.cs.wisc.edu/htcondor/repo/23.x/el9/x86_64/update/

Is the idea that 23.x versions will be copied to the release repo eventually?

Mind the 23.0 series does not have that split and already has 23.0.13!
