[HTCondor-users] Is it possible to flock between a htcondor pool and htcondor-ce pool?

I want to know if it's possible to do some flocking between a HTCondor pool and a HTCondor-CE pool?

Actually I have configured this situation, and when all the nodes are full, the HTCondor pool request the flocking, you can see it in this message;

(pid:2498611) Finished negotiating for <group>.<username> in local pool: 0 matched, 1 rejected
(pid:2498611) Increasing flock level forÂ<group>.<username> to 1 from 0.
(pid:2498611) SECMAN: required authentication with collector <ip>:9619 failed, so aborting command UPDATE_SCHEDD_AD.
(pid:2498611) ERROR: AUTHENTICATE:1003:Failed to authenticate with any method|AUTHENTICATE:1004:Failed to authenticate using FS
(pid:2498611) Collector update failed; will try to get a token request for trust domain <htcondor-ce_hostname>:9619, identity (default).

However, the problem that I'm facing right now is something about the authentication between the HTCondor and the HTCondor-CE pool, I searched some ways to do it, like IDTOKENS and SCITOKENS, but the first one, only works with HTCondor pools, not HTCondor-CE, from my understanding.

Then I tried to do it with SCITOKENS but it seems a little complicated to manage and configure it, and for this reason I want to ask if it's possible, and if it is some advices or other ways to do it.
