- Subject: [HTCondor-users] materialize_max_idle in HTC 23.0.8 / EL9 broken ?
Hi,
we are in transition to EL9 (namely RHEL9) and use
$CondorVersion: 23.0.8 2024-04-11 BuildID: 726317 PackageID: 23.0.8-1 $
One observation is that job clusters send with materialize_max_idle do not match anywhere as the Base1Requirements expression does not seem to be valid - that is at least what better-analyze suggests as far as I can see (?)
[root@bird-htc-schedxy chbeyer]# condor_q 134438.0 -analyze
-- Schedd: bird-htc-schedxy.desy.de : <131.169.123:18123?...
The Requirements expression for job 134438.000 is
Base2Requirements && Target.Machine isnt MachineAttrMachine1 && Target.Machine isnt MachineAttrMachine2 &&
Target.Machine isnt MachineAttrMachine3 && Target.Machine isnt MachineAttrMachine4 && Target.Machine isnt MachineAttrMachine5 &&
Target.Machine isnt MachineAttrMachine6
No successful match recorded.
Last failed match: Fri Jul 5 09:33:52 2024
Reason for last match failure: no match found
134438.000: Run analysis summary ignoring user priority. Of 421 machines,
421 are rejected by your job's requirements
0 reject your job because of their own requirements
0 match and are already running your jobs
0 match but are serving other users
0 are able to run your job
WARNING: Be advised:
No machines matched the jobs's constraints
?
