Warning. Enabling STARTD_ENFORCE_DISK_LIMITS (a very good thing; thank you Condor team!) can fill up EP /etc filesystems with excessive logging by LVM, e.g.,

[root@node2302 ~]# du -sh /etc/lvm/archive
6.1G /etc/lvm/archive

[root@node2302 ~]# ls /etc/lvm/archive/* | wc -l
-bash: /usr/bin/ls: Argument list too long
